What ingredients are used in Rubb Deodorants?Updated 10 months ago
Our deodorant tins and deodorant refill sticks both use the same ingredients but the formula is slightly different to help with application. The deodorant tins have been made a little softer than the stick to help with application.
Each item has been carefully selected to for efficacy with no unnecessary filler. Here is a full breakdown of our ingredients and why we've used them.

Shea Butter | Emollient, Softens and moisturises skin. Helps with structural properties of the deodorant |
Arrow Root Powder | Absorbent, absorbs moisture and sweat, helps with texture and soothes the skin |
Sunflower Wax | Structure, Helps to create the overall structure and hardness of the deodorant |
Diatomaceous Earth | Deodorant & Absorbent, Helps to control body odour and maintain dryness under the armpit |
Triethyl Citrate | Deodorant Active, On demand enzyme inhibitor and anti microbial agent |
Sodium Caproyl/Lauroyl Lactylate | Deodorant Active, On demand enzyme inhibitor and anti microbial agent |
Sage Oil | Anti-inflammatory, soothes any irritation |
Polyglyceryl-3 Caprylate | Deodorant Active, Helps to support the long term reduction of body odour |
Parfum (see below) | To make the deodorant smell great |
Fragrances and allergens
We use a small amount of natural essential oils to help make our deodorants smell fantastic. We never use anything synthetic in our products however some essential oils have natural occurring allergens.
