How do I update my subscription items?Updated 19 hours ago

We are happy to assist with instructions on how to make  to your subscription.

Login

1. Login into your account https://rubbdeodorant.com/a/loop_subscriptions/customer

2. You will see a list of your active subscriptions. 

3. Click View Details on the subscription you'd like to amend. 

Next Order Actions

Order Now:
This will place move the current subscription date forward and order it immediately. All subsequent subscriptions will be placed at the normal interval. 

Skip Order:
This will skip the next order, and then return to normal after the subscription interval period has passed. 

e.g It's January 1 today and your subscription is set to order every month. If you press skip order, your February 1 order will be skipped and will resume on March 1. 

Re-schedule:

This will allow you change the date your subscription is processed. 

e.g your subscription is typically processed on Day 1 of every month but you'd prefer it to be processed on Day 12 of every month. You can use the re-schedule button. 

Delay:

This allows you to delay your next order by a number of days. 

e.g You still have a small amount of deodorant left and you'd rather the order is processed in 7 days instead of now, you can use the delay function. 

Subscription Actions

Edit Products:

To edit the items within your subscription, 
1. click the edit button next to the product images

2. Click swap to change the products

3. Click update.
