Once an order is placed, we may be able to make changes to the order depending on where it is in the order process. 

Option 1 - Fastest

Log into your account account.rubbdeodorant.com and try to amend your order directly on your account page. This is the fastest option as it may take some time for our customer service team to respond to your request. 

Option 2

Email us on [email protected] with your order number and the changes you'd like to make. Depending on where your order is in the order process, our team will try their best to make the requested changes. 

If you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
